Sure, the armor is a modified hot toys GI Joe armor and the helmet has been scratch build. My advice for building helmets, take any 1/6 scale toy helmet and see if you can build from there, you might be able to find a darth vader toy and drill out the head and add your own visor, any plastic will work, you just have to bend it in shape and try until you get something that looks good. Also, my advice is to add foam in the helmet to avoid the plastic rubbing against the head.

Amazing work! This is the first figure I have seen of the Doomguy to actually use cloth, and it looks dynamite.
